A word of advice..Don't give up..I was persistent.. I even had to show the judge I was in a body cast after a fusion back surgery, I believe it was searching for back pain relief surgery number 4...the moral of the story is I SUCCEEDED I am not sure how long it took I have looked everywhere for my acceptance letter and I am sorry to inform you that I haven't been able to find mine.  This is one I found at Google Images.com

I received my back payments to 1985, I also received..back payments and benefits for my 2 sons at the time John was 10 and David was only 3 years old. I received payments for both boys until they graduated high school.

No matter what you do don't give up, I know it is a very long, seemingly unreachable goal to reach,
