Justin, the kitten found burning at a Philadelphia intersection, has been placed in a permanent home in Essex County. While Justin lost much of his ear tissue from the horrible burn damage, he has recovered and is in good health. The adoption was handled by by Animal Alliance of New Jersey who made the final decision on the adoption. Due to Justin's public notoriety, his new owner asked that her full name and where Justin lives be kept private. (Video by Andre Malok/The Star-Ledger)
